EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (CONTINENTAL U.S.) - COMPLIMENTARY

Should your purchase not suit you perfectly, please ship it back to us and contact us for a refund, store credit or exchange! A return form is included with each package. Simply fill it out and send the item(s) back to us. For exchanges, please contact us to reserve your replacement item. Once your return is received your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Returns must be shipped within 15 days of receiving your order. If you are interested in exchanging an item, contact us to reserve your replacement item. Returns made after 15 days will be eligible for store credit only. Items returned after 60 days may be deemed ineligible for store credit.


HAPPLEY POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Happley tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items returned after 60 days may be deemed ineligible for store credit.
